Hailing from the depths of sonic experimentation, this band fuses raw energy, intense melodies, and thought-provoking lyrics to create a sound that is both ferocious and deeply resonant.
Led by their enigmatic front person and lead vocalist, Tomorrow's Lie weaves tales of inner struggles, societal unrest, and the human condition. The band's music serves as a cathartic release for the modern soul, drawing listeners into a whirlwind of emotions that range from dark to introspection.
The guitar work of Tomorrow's Lie is a true highlight, featuring searing riffs and blistering solos that take center stage. The twin guitar attack delivers a interesting onslaught that is both technically impressive and emotionally charged. Backed by a rhythm section that lays down a thunderous foundation, the band's music has an undeniable groove that gets heads banging and bodies moving.
Lyrically, Tomorrow's Lie delves deep into themes of disillusionment, personal transformation, and the quest for authenticity. The words paint vivid pictures of a world in turmoil, challenging listeners to confront the lies that shape their reality and encouraging them to seek their own truths.
As a new powerhouse in the hard rock and heavy metal scene, Tomorrow's Lie is on a mission to carve out their own space by pushing boundaries and sparking meaningful conversations through their music. With each song, they remind us that even in a world full of lies, there's always a glimmer of truth waiting to be discovered.

Lance Amato is a San Francisco Bay Area musician. He has been playing guitar since the age of 9 and started performing the club circuit in his mid teens. Being a self taught guitarist has allowed him to create original music with a different flair. Lance’s influences and musical passion derives from progressive and old school metal.
I always wanted to play progressive metal, even before I knew what it was. I grew up in Iowa, where there were only 3 types of music (polka, country, and top 40). I started playing guitar in middle school when a door-to-door salesman asked my group of friends if anyone wanted to play an instrument. I told my best friend that if we both played an instrument, we could start a band. I was disappointed when my friend showed up to band practice with an accordion and he was disappointed that I showed up with a guitar. In high school, I played lead guitar in a cover band (Sequence) that played classic rock (from the ‘50s) at parties, weddings, and the State Fair. Through Sequence, I met musicians who exposed me to hard rock/metal (Led Zeppelin, AC/DC, Rush, Pat Travers, Montrose), but none of them wanted to play this music. A few years ago, I met a large number of musicians in the San Francisco Bay area and began playing again. I played lead guitar in cover bands (D’gnarly, Cover me Karl) that played classic rock (from the ‘60s to ‘90s) at parties, corporate events, and clubs. But I still couldn’t convince anyone to play progressive metal with me. And then Lance moved in next door.
Redwood City born, raised in the S.F Bay Area music/club scene was epic.
Playing bass from Hard Rock to Prog. Metal to Blues Southern Rock kept me busy until 1994.... I took a nap....
In 2004 I got a call from 1980. I got back into the "new" club scene.
Rockin with 'ol skool friends has been a great time.
Early 2023 Lance and I started to talk, after listening to the Tomorrow's Lie sound. I worked at being "The Dude on Bass" for Tomorrow's Lie. Looking forward to hitting the scene again.
Peace
A self-taught drummer and song writer, I first hit the road at age 15 up and down the West Coast as a hard- hitting drummer performing primarily rock and roll. I’ve played on 5 albums and as a guest/invited drummer on four other albums. My career so far has gone through many changes and many musical styles, but always with a fierce attitude for live shows and many years and many recording studio sessions. I’ve opened for Skid Row, Ratt, Cinderella, Poison, Blue Oyster Cult, and Quiet Riot (just to name a few). Along with my good friend Steve Kelly, we put together Cherry Cherry – a premier Neil Diamond Tribute band that is still performing all over the U. S. Since being invited into Tomorrow’s Lie, by one of my favorite bass players of all time, Mark Nunez, I’m looking forward to much collaboration and great success with all the talent in Tomorrow’s Lie.
